When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect the following information:

  • Name — to address you correctly
  • Email address — to respond to your inquiry
  • Phone number (optional) — if you request a callback
  • Company name (optional) — for business correspondence
  • Message content — the body of your inquiry
  • IP address — recorded automatically for spam prevention

We do not use tracking cookies or collect any browsing data. A session cookie is used solely to secure the administrative panel and is not accessible to the public.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Respond to your inquiry via email or telephone
  • Process and fulfil potential business requests
  • Prevent abuse and spam via rate limiting

Legal basis: Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling business inquiries and maintaining website security). We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.

Third-Party Services

This website uses Google reCAPTCHA v2 on the contact form to protect against spam and automated abuse.

When you interact with the contact form, Google receives your IP address and browser information to evaluate whether you are a human user. This data is processed by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in protecting the contact form from abuse. We do not share any other personal data with third parties.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are stored in an encrypted database on our server. We retain this data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any follow-up correspondence, and no longer than 2 years from the date of submission.

IP addresses recorded for spam prevention are retained for a maximum of 24 hours and are not linked to any personal profile.

Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
  • Right to restriction — limit how we process your data
